I run a 3-agent real estate team and want to automate listing administration and transaction coordination. I need someone experienced with Zapier, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and preferably Follow Up Boss. Experience with real estate operations is strongly preferred. Initial projects include: * Automatic Google Drive folder creation * Transaction checklists * Email templates and AI-generated emails * Calendar reminders and deadlines * Buyer and seller workflows * Follow Up Boss integration (optional) I am looking for a long-term relationship as we continue building additional automations. That wording will help filter out generic freelancers and attract people who understand both AI and real estate.
