Summary

We are a direct-buy real estate firm using Resimpli to manage our pipeline. We are looking for a tech-savvy Admin/VA to manage our data workflow within the platform. You will be responsible for ensuring our acquisitions team has a steady, clean flow of potential leads ready for outreach. Your Responsibilities: sing REsimpli’s "List Stacking" and "List Builder" tools to identify high-potential leads (Probate, Foreclosure, Tax Delinquent). Along with that searching through public websites to find the newest potential houses that the sales team can work on. Audit the CRM to remove duplicates, flag incomplete records, and maintain accurate owner information. Proactively monitor for "return mail" or "bad numbers" and update the CRM accordingly so our sales team stays focused on active leads. Experience navigating REsimpli a must and strong attention to detail. Ability to follow a set process to ensure no leads fall through the cracks. Self-starter who can manage their own daily task list to keep the CRM "stocked."
