Real Estate Cold Caller / Appointment Setter for Land Acquisition Business

I am looking for an experienced real estate cold caller to call vacant landowners and help identify sellers who may be open to selling their land. This is for a land acquisition/land wholesaling business focused on off-market vacant land. Responsibilities: - Call landowners using our dialer - Follow the script, but sound natural and conversational - Ask if the owner is open to selling - Collect property details, asking price, motivation, taxes owed, timeline, and best contact information - Mark call outcomes clearly in the CRM/dialer - Set follow-up tasks and appointments - Send a daily KPI report - Handle “remove me / do not call” requests properly Requirements: - Real estate cold calling experience is required - Land, wholesaling, acquisitions, or motivated seller experience is preferred - Strong spoken English - Reliable internet and headset - Comfortable using a dialer/CRM - Must be able to provide call notes and daily reporting - Must be available during U.S. business hours Please apply with: 1.
