We are looking for experienced, confident, and reliable cold callers for a real estate lead generation campaign. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Your role will include: - Outbound cold calling - Speaking with property owners - Following scripts and workflows - Updating the CRM correctly - Identifying motivated sellers and qualified leads - Maintaining professional communication with the team Requirements: - Strong spoken English with clear and confident communication - Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience - Good internet connection and quiet work environment - Ability to follow instructions and stay responsive - Professional attitude, consistency, and punctuality This position begins with a paid live test/trial session. After the evaluation period, selected callers may continue into a long-term role with regular hours and growth opportunities. Important: We are looking for serious professionals only.
