Real Estate Cold Caller (Outbound) — Clear English, High Energy, Long-Term
Worldwide
The role: I'm a real estate investor in Houston, Texas buying vacant and infill lots directly from owners. I need one sharp, reliable cold caller to phone property owners from a list I provide, gauge whether they'd consider selling, and log the results. This is a long-term role, not a one-off gig. I train from scratch — you do not need real estate experience. What you'll do day to day: Make outbound calls (US Central business hours) to property owners from my list Follow a script, build quick rapport, and handle simple objections Accurately log every call outcome in our CRM/dialer Hand off interested owners as qualified leads Hop on a short weekly check-in with me Must-haves (please don't apply without these): Clear, neutral-accent spoken English — owners must feel like they're talking to a local Genuinely high energy and a friendly, calm phone presence Ambitious and thick-skinned — you'll work through a lot of "no," and you'll occasionally get a rude owner; the right person keeps dialing anyway Fast, stable internet and a quiet place to call (non-negotiable) Coachable and willing to follow a script and take feedback Reliable and committed long-term — I'm not looking for job-hoppers Nice to have: Fluent Spanish as well as English (some owners are Spanish-speaking). What I offer: Competitive hourly pay, paid weekly. Real room to grow — as we find opportunities through this calling, there's room for bonuses and a bigger role. Full training provided (video modules + live role-play with me). How to apply — read carefully: Start your reply with the word "LOTS" so I know you read this. Record a 60-second voice memo: introduce yourself, then read this line as if you're on a real call — "Hi, Joe? This is [your name], we have a buyer interested in your property on Main Street. Would you be open to entertaining an offer to sell if the price can make sense?" In a few sentences: why do you want a long-term calling role, and how do you keep your energy up after hearing "no" all day or dealing with someone rude on the phone? I'll review voice memos first and invite the strongest to a short interview.
