Real Estate Cold Caller

We are a residential real estate company and specifically invests in properties with tax, title, and legal issues in the greater Washington, DC area. We have one lead that is possibly going to foreclosure at the end of this month. We have skipped traced all parties that could be involved, mostly family members, but we have not been able to get any of them to speak to us. Much of the family is Hispanic and may not speak English. We are hiring a Spanish speaking caller to call all of these people over and over for the next few weeks and try get someone in the family to speak with us. We're looking for someone who has experience calling, is very determined, works hard, and is energetic.
