Real Estate Cold Calling - Large Bonuses for Long Term Employees

**Fluent in English & EXPERIENCED In REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING ONLY** MUST DELIVER RESULTS AND LEADS. WE PAY LARGE BONUSES TO LONG TERM EMPLOYEES! Looking to build an ongoing relationship with a motivated individual to help with marketing and expansion of our real estate investment business. Compensation will include hourly/ per gig pay ALONG with generous bonuses based on performance. Based on the training required, we will require a minimum time commitment if you are selected. Goal: Find motivated property owners who need to sell their property or might consider an offer. Daily Duties: -Contact homeowners via outgoing phone call and deliver scripted sales pitch to potential customers. -Study and practice scripts. -Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data including prospect name, contact information, address, email address, and notes regarding owner situation/ time frame for selling/ price, etc. -Handle customer questions and objections. -Follow up with previous prospects. -Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet and/or follow up with customer to present with offer. Certain homeowners are in need of selling their property fast for cash. Situations can vary including, but not limited to, divorce, unwanted inheritance (heirs), job relocation, deferred maintenance, threat of foreclosure, job loss, etc. Contact enough homeowners to find the ones with which can benefit from our service and create a win/ win solution.
