💲 $4.00–$4.50/hr + Performance Bonuses | 30 Hours/Week | Long-Term Position We're a small but growing real estate investment company looking for a dependable, motivated Virtual Assistant to join our acquisitions team. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to real estate agents to identify off-market investment opportunities and schedule follow-up calls for our acquisitions team. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents throughout the U.S. Send SMS outreach and respond to incoming messages. Identify off-market and fixer-upper property opportunities. Gather important property details, including: Property address Property condition Seller motivation (when available) Schedule follow-up calls for our acquisitions team. Update and organize leads inside GoHighLevel CRM. Add accurate notes, tags, and dispositions after every conversation. Maintain professional communication with our team. Requirements ✔️ Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. ✔️ Previous cold calling experience is required. ✔️ Experience working in U.S. real estate (wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions) is a strong plus. ✔️ Comfortable speaking with real estate agents and handling objections. ✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ✔️ Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred but not required. ✔️ Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and quality headset. ✔️ Available to work 30 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time (Florida). Schedule 30 Hours Per Week Monday–Friday (Required) 12:00pm - 6:30pm We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual. Honest and trustworthy. Coachable and eager to improve.
