💲 $4.00–$4.50/hr + Performance Bonuses | 30 Hours/Week | Long-Term Position We're a small but growing real estate investment company looking for a dependable, motivated Virtual Assistant to join our acquisitions team. If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where you can grow with the company, we'd love to hear from you. Your primary responsibility will be reaching out to real estate agents to identify off-market investment opportunities and schedule follow-up calls for our acquisitions team. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to real estate agents throughout the U.S. Send SMS outreach and respond to incoming messages. Identify off-market and fixer-upper property opportunities. Gather important property details, including: Property address Property condition Seller motivation (when available) Schedule follow-up calls for our acquisitions team. Update and organize leads inside GoHighLevel CRM. Add accurate notes, tags, and dispositions after every conversation. Maintain professional communication with our team. Requirements ✔️ Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent. ✔️ Previous cold calling experience is required. ✔️ Experience working in U.S. real estate (wholesaling, acquisitions, or dispositions) is a strong plus. ✔️ Comfortable speaking with real estate agents and handling objections. ✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ✔️ Experience with GoHighLevel is preferred but not required. ✔️ Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and quality headset. ✔️ Available to work 30 hours per week during U.S. Eastern Time (Florida). Schedule 30 Hours Per Week Monday–Friday (Required) 12:00pm - 6:30pm We're looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual. Honest and trustworthy. Coachable and eager to improve. Comfortable making outbound calls. Detail-oriented with accurate CRM updates. Interested in growing with our company long term. We believe in quality over quantity. Success in this role is measured by professionalism, consistency, accurate reporting, and generating quality leads not simply making the most calls.
