Real Estate Data Analytics Project Request

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Business Intelligence professional to support a data-driven transformation project for our real estate business. The objective of this project is to enhance business decision-making through data analytics, reporting automation, dashboard development, forecasting, and operational insights. The ideal candidate should be able to: Analyze real estate operational and financial data Develop interactive dashboards and reports Identify trends, opportunities, and business risks Improve reporting efficiency and data visibility Generate actionable insights to support strategic decisions Work with sales, rental, customer, and property performance data Experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, or cloud data platforms is highly preferred.
