Real Estate Executive Assistant with AI / Claude CoWork Experience Union Land Group is looking for a sharp, organized Real Estate Executive Assistant with strong AI experience. We are a real estate development and operating company involved in residential acquisitions, entitlements, construction, sales, industrial brokerage, business acquisitions, and commercial contracting. We need someone who can help manage communications, deadlines, contracts, files, and workflows across multiple real estate and business verticals. This person should also be comfortable using AI tools to work faster, build simple systems, document processes, and help train future assistants as the company scales. Ideal experience includes: • Claude CoWork or similar AI tools • Setting up recurring AI tasks and workflow automations • Building basic AI agents or AI-assisted workflows • Creating SOPs, checklists, and process documentation • Training or managing other assistants • Real estate transaction coordination • Construction project tracking • Bid opportunity tracking and file organization • Land acquisition support • Deal underwriting support • Offer preparation using templates • Contract and deadline management • Creating presentations or submission packages • CRM, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Gmail, and project management tools Responsibilities may include: • Pulling bid opportunities from portals and organizing scopes/files for contractors • Tracking awarded construction projects and project manager updates • Supporting land acquisition underwriting using our tools and portals • Preparing offers using our standard offer structure • Creating presentation packages using our existing formats • Managing contracts, deadlines, communications, and transaction coordination • Supporting residential, industrial, business acquisition, and commercial contracting workflows • Creating SOPs so repeatable tasks can be delegated and scaled • Helping train future assistants under the same systems and standards • Building or improving AI-assisted systems to make the role more efficient We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple businesses. The right person should understand real estate operations, know how to use AI to stay organized, and be able to turn daily workflows into clear SOPs that can be used to train a larger team over time.
