Remote | Full-Time Preferred | Part-Time Considered We are a fast-growing Metro Detroit real estate and construction company seeking an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA), Transaction Coordinator, and Executive Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is NOT an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands the real estate process, can work independently, solve problems, communicate professionally, and help us scale our business. Responsibilities Listing Management • Upload listings into MLS/Realcomp • Create and input listing data accurately • Order and organize photos • Upload documents into SkySlope • Prepare listing packets • Coordinate Coming Soon campaigns • Price improvement updates • Status changes • Open house setup Transaction Coordination • Prepare Purchase Agreements • Draft addendums and disclosures • Monitor contingency deadlines • Track earnest money deposits • Coordinate inspections and appraisals • Communicate with title companies, lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers • Ensure files remain compliant • Maintain transaction timelines • Assist from contract to closing Inside Sales Activities • Reverse Prospecting • Sending email campaigns to agents • Following up with agents who showed listings • Conducting ShowingTime blasts • Calling buyer’s agents to discuss available inventory • Promoting off-market opportunities • Maintaining agent relationships • CRM follow-up • Lead nurturing • Scheduling appointments Administrative Support • Manage email communications • Calendar management • Organize documents • Prepare marketing materials • Coordinate social media requests • Maintain spreadsheets and reports • Assist with investor outreach • General executive assistant duties Required Experience Must have experience with: ✔ SkySlope ✔ Realcomp MLS ✔ ShowingTime ✔ Michigan Purchase Agreements ✔ Addendums and disclosures ✔ Reverse Prospecting ✔ Transaction Coordination ✔ CRM systems ✔ Microsoft Office ✔ Google Workspace ✔ Canva (preferred) ✔ Dotloop experience a plus ✔ Investor transactions a plus ✔ FHA, VA, Conventional, DSCR, Land Contracts, and 203(k) familiarity preferred Qualifications • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently • Organized and deadline driven • Comfortable speaking with agents and clients daily • Must be proactive and resourceful • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Compensation Please include: • Desired hourly rate • Years of real estate experience • MLS systems used • SkySlope experience • Transaction volume handled • Availability • Resume To Apply Please answer the following: How many real estate transactions have you coordinated?
