Real Estate Investment Operations Analyst — AI-Powered (Long-Term, Full-Time Potential)

ABOUT US We're a vertically integrated real estate development and operating company in New York (acquisitions, construction, short-term rentals). We run our entire business on a custom-built operating system (Airtable + APIs + AI agents) and we build with AI daily — Claude, ChatGPT, automation tools. You will work directly with the founder. THE ROLE You'll be the day-to-day operator of our investment pipeline, and over time, the builder who automates it. • Deal sourcing intake: log new land and property leads into our pipeline, run our standardized site-viability checklist (zoning, utilities, wetlands, access), and keep the front of our deal funnel full — this is the highest-leverage part of the job. • Pipeline management: keep our acquisitions pipeline current — every deal has a next action, an owner, and a date. Update statuses, prepare summaries, flag what's stuck. • Financing process coordination: track lender document checklists, monitor deadlines, draft follow-up messages, prepare submission packages for founder review. (You manage the process and statuses — sensitive financial documents stay with our US team.) • Daily reporting: a short end-of-day Slack digest — what moved, what's blocked, what needs a decision. • AI & automation (grows into the bigger half of the job): document workflows as you do them, build Airtable automations, and work with AI tools to eliminate your own manual work. If you do something twice, we automate it. YOU'RE A FIT IF YOU • Write excellent, concise business English (most of this job is written communication) • Have hands-on Airtable experience (interfaces, automations, linked records) — or can prove you learn tools fast • Already use AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) in your real work and can show examples • Are ruthlessly organized — you chase open items without being reminded • Can overlap 2-3 hours with US Eastern mornings (approx. 6:30-10:30 PM IST) • Bonus: real estate, lending, or financial operations exposure; any scripting (JS/Python) COMPENSATION & PATH • Start: $5-8/hr depending on skill, 20-25 hrs/week • 90-day ramp with clear milestones, growing to 40 hrs/week • Strong performers convert to a permanent full-time role with compensation set by the value you demonstrate — we promote based on ability, fast HOW TO APPLY (read carefully — we filter on this) 1.
