Real Estate Lead Generation & CRM Operations Specialist for Buyer Advisory Platform

Summary

We are building HillMonte, a real estate buyer advisory and intelligence platform focused on helping homebuyers make smarter property decisions. We need a reliable, organized operator who can help manage lead generation, CRM updates, follow-up workflows, campaign tracking, and basic appointment-setting support. This role is not just data entry. We need someone who understands that leads must be captured, tagged, followed up with, and moved through a pipeline quickly and professionally. Responsibilities You may help with: * Managing incoming real estate buyer leads * Organizing leads inside a CRM, spreadsheet, or dashboard * Tagging leads by location, budget, timeline, motivation, and status * Posting or refreshing Craigslist real estate posts * Supporting Facebook / Instagram lead ad follow-up * Tracking which leads have been contacted * Sending or preparing follow-up texts/emails * Maintaining a daily lead activity report * Identifying stale leads or missed follow-ups * Helping build simple SOPs for lead handling * Creating weekly reports on campaign and lead activity Ideal Candidate You are likely a strong fit if you: * Have experience with real estate leads, appointment setting, or CRM operations * Are extremely organized and detail-oriented * Understand speed-to-lead * Can work from scripts but also think critically * Are comfortable with Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, or similar CRMs * Can write clear, professional follow-up messages * Are comfortable tracking performance and reporting numbers * Do not need constant reminders to follow a process Bonus Skills Helpful but not required: * Experience with Facebook Lead Ads * Experience with Craigslist posting * Experience with real estate buyer funnels * Experience with Zapier, Make, or basic automation tools * Experience as a real estate ISA or appointment setter To Apply Please send: 1.
