Real Estate Lead Manager / Cold Caller We are a growing real estate investment company buying off-market properties throughout South Carolina. We are looking for a motivated individual to help manage leads, follow up with property owners, and keep our pipeline moving. This position will start as a performance-based opportunity tied to closed deals, with the potential to transition into a steady weekly salary for the right person. Responsibilities • Call and follow up with property owners • Respond to inbound seller leads • Qualify leads and gather property information • Update and maintain our CRM • Schedule appointments and acquisition calls • Send text messages and emails to prospects • Track lead activity and follow-up tasks • Help ensure no lead falls through the cracks Requirements • Excellent communication skills • Strong follow-up and organizational abilities • Comfortable speaking with homeowners by phone • Ability to work independently • Basic computer and CRM skills • Real estate investing, wholesaling, or lead management experience is a plus Preferred (Not Required) • REsimpli experience • Cold calling experience • SMS marketing experience • Appointment setting experience • PropWire or PropStream experience • Real estate wholesaling or acquisitions experience Ideal Candidate You are comfortable talking with people, staying organized, and consistently following up with leads. You don't need to be an expert in REsimpli, but experience with REsimpli or other real estate CRMs is a plus. We can train the right person who is motivated, reliable, and eager to grow with our company.
