Real Estate Lead Manager (Growth path (Lead Manager → Acquisitions))
Worldwide
We are a real estate investment company looking for an appointment setter to help follow up with motivated seller leads and book qualified appointments for our acquisitions team. The main responsibility will be calling, texting, and following up with homeowners who have shown interest in selling their property or may be open to an offer. Your goal is not to close the deal, but to have quality conversations, gather basic property/seller information, and schedule appointments or warm transfers with our acquisition manager. This role is important to our business because booked appointments turn into real estate deals. We are looking for someone long-term who can grow with the company. If you perform well, there may be opportunities for more hours, bonuses, and expanded responsibilities — including growing into a full Lead Manager / Acquisitions role over time. What you’ll do Core responsibilities (Appointment Setter) - Call and text inbound and outbound seller leads. - Follow up consistently until contact is made. - Ask basic qualifying questions about the property, condition, motivation, timeline, and asking price. - Take clear notes in our CRM (REsimpli). - Schedule appointments — or run warm transfers — for our acquisition team. - Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident tone on the phone. - Keep track of daily call activity, conversations, and booked appointments. Growth path (Lead Manager → Acquisitions) As you prove yourself, you can grow into managing the full front of our deal pipeline — turning raw leads into signed contracts: Lead management: Work incoming leads (direct mail, cold calling, PPC, texts) in the CRM, make sure no lead falls through the cracks, follow up persistently, and keep the pipeline organized and prioritized by how motivated/hot each seller is. Acquisitions (the sales side of buying property): - Call and speak with motivated sellers to build rapport and understand their situation and motivation. - Qualify leads (property condition, timeline, price expectations, why they’re selling). - Run comps / estimate value and repair costs to determine a maximum offer. - Present and negotiate offers. - Get the purchase contract signed. - Hand the signed deal off to dispositions (the resale side) or transaction coordination. In short: you’ll start by organizing and nurturing the pipeline and setting appointments, with a clear path to closing sellers yourself. Success is measured by quality appointments booked — and later, by contracts signed and cost per deal. Who we’re looking for We are looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, organized, and comfortable talking to people on the phone. Real estate experience is preferred but not required if you are a strong communicator and willing to learn. The ideal person has: - Strong English communication skills. - Appointment-setting, sales, cold-calling, or customer service experience. - Confidence making outbound calls. - Good listening skills. - Ability to follow a script while still sounding natural. - Basic CRM or spreadsheet experience. - Consistent availability during agreed working hours (U.S. Central Time). - A positive attitude and willingness to improve. - Reliable computer, headset, and stable high-speed internet. Familiarity with the U.S. market and comfort speaking with American homeowners is important. U.S. citizens living abroad are strongly preferred; Latin America-based candidates are also encouraged to apply. CRM familiarity (REsimpli, Podio, Mojo, or similar) is a plus. Why work with us - Long-term, stable remote position with room to grow. - Clear promotion path from appointment setter to lead manager / acquisitions closer. - Opportunities for more hours, bonuses, and expanded responsibilities as you perform. - Warm leads provided; you’re not starting from a blank list. - Supportive team, real training, scripts, and modern tools. How to apply? Please include: - Your previous phone sales or appointment-setting experience, and any real estate experience you may have. - A 1–2 minute voice or video recording introducing yourself (we want to hear your phone presence). - Your availability in U.S. Central Time and which compensation track you’d choose (see below).
