Real Estate Lead Research & Data Enrichment Specialist (Skip Tracing & Public Records)

We're a U.S. real estate investment company working foreclosure and distressed-property leads in Texas and Florida. We need a detail-obsessed researcher to dig into each lead — verifying ownership, equity, and vacancy, finding owners, heirs, and relatives with accurate contact info, and documenting it cleanly in our CRM (Podio). This is 100% heads-down research. You will not be required to cold call, — our team handles all outreach. What you'll do: - Research and enrich leads at ~4 per hour expected on average. - Find obituaries, probate cases, heirs, and relatives for deceased/complex owners - Skip trace for accurate phones and emails; flag bad numbers - Pull and link TX/FL county records (CAD, court/probate dockets, tax, auctions) - Document everything in our format and track your own daily KPIs Must have: fluent written English, extreme attention to detail, skip tracing / U.S. public-records experience, and the discipline to follow a process independently. Must have access to fast internet, and be able to use AI effectively. We use ChatGPT and Claude/Cowork to speed up research. Ongoing long-term role, 4–6 hours/day, U.S. Central Time overlap preferred.
