Summary

We are a growing real estate media company looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to manage our post-production workflow. This role is responsible for coordinating projects between our photographer, editors, and clients to ensure every project is delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities Project Setup * Receive and organize photos after shoots * Create project folders and maintain file organization * Upload projects to editing teams * Communicate editing instructions and special requests Quality Control * Review edited photos before delivery * Check for: * Straight vertical lines * Proper exposure and color balance * Window pulls * Missing images * Editing consistency * Request revisions from editors when needed Client Delivery * Upload final media to our delivery platform * Deliver completed projects to clients * Send completion notifications * Track project status and delivery deadlines Administrative Tasks * Maintain project tracking spreadsheets * Update workflow boards and project statuses * Follow SOPs and checklists * Assist with operational improvements Requirements * Excellent attention to detail * Strong English communication skills * Reliable internet connection * Experience using Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Experience in real estate photography or photo editing workflows is a plus Nice to Have * Familiarity with HDPhotoHub, Aryeo, Rela, or similar delivery platforms * Experience working with virtual editing teams * Basic understanding of real estate photography standards Compensation * Part-time to start (10–20 hours/week) * Opportunity to grow into a full-time operations role * Long-term position for the right candidate
