Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant to handle quality control and final adjustments for our real estate photos, drone images, and floor plans before client delivery. Real estate experience is a huge plus, but not required. Ideally, you already know your way around AI editing tools, but we are fully open to guiding the right person if you are tech-savvy and have baseline Photoshop skills. Your 4 Core Tasks: Drone Property Outlines: Use Photoshop to draw property boundaries and seamlessly erase cars, trash bins, or yard clutter using Generative Fill/AI tools. Location Markers: Use Google Maps and our custom software to place pins for nearby schools, shops, and parks onto drone photos. Floor Plan Check & Canva Layout: Verify drafted floor plans against 3D scans to spot missing measurements or errors. Drop the final plan into a branded Canva template. Final Photo QC & Object Removal: Inspect final photos to catch editing mistakes (like empty TV screens or messy sky replacements). You will also use Photoshop to remove various distracting items—ranging from minor electrical cords and tissue boxes to complex photographer reflections in mirrors and windows. Requirements: Extreme Attention to Detail: This is our highest priority. Missing errors delays our delivery. Photoshop Proficiency: Comfortable using selection tools, masks, the Remove Tool, and Generative Fill/AI features. Basic Canva Skills: Able to swap images and update text in existing templates. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating Google Maps and learning custom software. How to Apply: Briefly share your general VA experience along with your experience with Photoshop or AI tools.
