Real Estate Phone Sales / Acquisition Assistant — B+ English Required — Tampa, FL Investment Company

We are a real estate investment company based in Tampa, Florida. We buy and sell houses throughout Tampa Bay and surrounding areas, and we are looking to hire two full-time real estate acquisition assistants / phone sales representatives. This position is for someone with excellent spoken and written English, strong phone sales skills, and preferably experience in real estate, customer support, office assistance, or sales. You will receive leads daily from our acquisition team and will be responsible for calling sellers, making strong offers based on the market, following up consistently, scheduling appointments, and updating our CRM. Strong follow-up, punctuality, organization, and confidence on the phone are very important. We work with sellers, wholesalers, realtors, and other property sources. Our current goal is only 4 closings per month, and we provide the tools, leads, and support to help you succeed. Requirements Excellent English for phone sales in the United States. Real estate experience preferred. Sales, customer service, or office assistant experience preferred. Strong follow-up and appointment-setting skills. Good Upwork history and reviews. Reliable internet and quiet work environment. Must be punctual and organized. Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time 1-hour unpaid lunch break Pay $3 to $10 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission for closed deals.
