Real Estate Property Access Coordinator (Off-Market / Wholesale)

## About the Role We're a real estate investment firm acquiring properties across 20+ U.S. markets. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed coordinator to manage property access and information-gathering for our off-market and wholesale deals. When we have a property under consideration, we need eyes on it — fast. Your job is to coordinate with our local contractors and resources to walk each property, capture all the videos, photos, and details our underwriting team needs, and make sure nothing is missed. You are the engine that keeps our deal pipeline moving. ## What You'll Do - Coordinate and schedule property walkthroughs with our local contractors and resources across multiple markets - Arrange property access (lockbox codes, wholesaler coordination, key handoffs) - Walk each resource through our standardized property checklist to ensure every photo, video, and detail is captured for underwriting - Follow up relentlessly to confirm access happened and all required information was received - Organize and send all collected documentation to our underwriting team promptly - Track the status of every property in progress so nothing falls through the cracks ## Who You Are - Extremely organized with strong follow-up skills — you don't let things slip - Excellent written and verbal English communication - Comfortable coordinating multiple moving pieces across different time zones - Proactive — you chase down what's needed rather than waiting - Reliable and responsive during U.S. business hours - Real estate, property management, or transaction coordination experience is a plus (not required) ## Details - Fully remote - Long-term, ongoing role with steady volume - Training and checklists provided If you're the type of person who takes pride in making sure every detail is handled and nothing gets missed, we'd love to hear from you.
