Position Overview The Property Listing Officer is responsible for securing, documenting, verifying, managing, marketing, and optimizing all property listings (individual & corporate). This role ensures all listings are fully compliant with Qatar’s real estate regulations, have signed Marketing Agreements (MA), complete information, verified availability, and are high-performing with a 100% scoring standard. Additionally, the officer contributes to lead generation, identifying potential clients and opportunities from listings, inquiries, and market research. All new listings must be published within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation and approvals. Key Responsibilities 1. Regulatory Compliance & MA Control Ensure all listings comply with Qatar’s real estate laws and regulations before posting. Ensure 100% of listings have a signed Marketing Agreement (MA) (individual & corporate). Track MA expiry and renew in advance. Maintain all required documents: ID, Title Deed, NOC if required. Maintain digital and physical records of all signed agreements. Do not activate or post any listing without full compliance and documentation. 2. Listing Creation & Information Accuracy Create complete listings in CRM with accurate property details, pricing, layout, and availability. Ensure all listings meet the company’s 100% quality standard before posting. Post all new listings within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation and approval. Add Property Finder (PF) links into CRM for tracking. Update listing status immediately when availability changes. Remove expired, inactive, or non-compliant listings. 3. Photoshoot Scheduling & Quality Control Schedule and coordinate professional photoshoots for new listings. Ensure property is ready before shoot. Verify high-quality photos/videos match the actual property. Upload approved visuals to CRM, portals, and social media. 4. Listing Marketing & Social Media Post listings on CRM, property portals, and social media platforms within 24–48 hours. Coordinate with marketing team to ensure timely and consistent posting. Maintain brand consistency across all listing presentations. Prioritize exclusive and high-performing listings. 5. Availability Coordination Confirm availability before publishing: Individual listings → coordinate with agents Corporate listings → coordinate with admin Conduct regular availability checks to maintain accurate inventory. 6. Market Research, Reporting & Lead Generation Conduct ongoing market research on pricing, competition, and trends. Prepare periodic market reports. Identify potential clients and leads from listings, inquiries, and market insights. Provide recommendations for pricing adjustments and lead follow-ups. Maintain weekly listing inventory and performance reports. 7. Other Responsibilities Perform any listing-related tasks as directed by management. Carry out additional duties as required by business priorities and operational needs. Assist in process improvements to streamline listing management, marketing, and lead generation.
