Real Estate Property Research & Homeowner Contact List (North Carolina) Project Overview I own a residential exterior cleaning company (pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof washing, etc.) serving the Durham, North Carolina area. I have a spreadsheet containing addresses of homes where I have completed work over the past two years. I want to identify nearby homeowners who may be interested in my services. I am looking for someone experienced in U.S. property research and data enrichment who can build a high-quality prospect database using reputable data sources. This is a paid test project with the opportunity for ongoing work if the results are accurate. Scope of Work Using the customer addresses I provide, please: Find nearby owner-occupied single-family homes. Combine overlapping search areas and remove duplicates. Research the current property owner. Append available contact information using reputable and lawful data sources. Return the information in a clean Google Sheet or Excel spreadsheet. Required Deliverables For each property, include whenever available: Property Address City State ZIP Code Neighborhood or Subdivision Owner Name Owner Occupied (Yes / No / Unknown) Mailing Address (if different) Available Phone Number(s) Phone Type (Mobile / Landline / Unknown) Available Email Address(es) Source Customer Address (which customer this prospect is closest to) Approximate Distance from the Source Address Property Type Data Source Used Confidence Level (High / Medium / Low) Notes If information cannot be verified, leave the field blank rather than guessing. Sample Project This first project will use approximately five customer addresses. Please return approximately 50 to 100 unique nearby homeowner records after removing duplicates. If the sample meets my expectations, I plan to expand the project to cover my entire customer database and continue working together on future lead-generation projects.
