OVERVIEW We are a Florida-based real estate wholesaling company actively scaling our acquisitions team. I need a detail-oriented VA to manage the full recruiting and screening process to hire one Junior Acquisitions Representative (Closer). This is a fixed-scope project — your job is to deliver me at least 3 qualified, interviewed candidates within 30 days so I can make a final hire. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Post the job on Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other hiring platform using a job description I will provide - Screen all incoming applications against a scoring criteria I will provide - Conduct first-round screening calls or video interviews with qualified applicants - Score each candidate using a provided scorecard - Present your top 3 candidates to me with written notes on each - Schedule my final interviews with the top candidates - Communicate professionally with all applicants throughout the process WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR - Prior experience recruiting or screening candidates (real estate industry experience is a strong plus) - Confident English communicator — you will be speaking with candidates on screening calls - Organized and detail-oriented — I need clean notes and a clear scoring summary - Reliable availability during US Eastern business hours - Familiarity with Google Sheets for tracking applicants - Self-starter who can manage the process independently with minimal check-ins WHAT I WILL PROVIDE YOU - Full job description ready to post - Candidate scorecard with scoring criteria - 7 screening interview questions to ask each candidate - Recommendation tier guide (which candidates to advance vs. decline) - Weekly 15-minute check-in to review pipeline PROJECT SCOPE This is a fixed-price project. The project is complete when I have conducted final interviews and made a hire. Estimated timeline: 3 to 4 weeks depending on applicant volume.
