We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Coach to help improve the performance of our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate sales, coaching, and performance management, with a proven ability to increase agent productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. This role is focused on training, mentoring, accountability, and developing high-performing real estate sales professionals. Responsibilities Conduct one-on-one and group coaching sessions for real estate agents. Train agents on lead generation, prospecting, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Review sales calls and provide actionable feedback. Develop and improve sales scripts, playbooks, and training materials. Track KPIs including appointments, conversion rates, contracts, and closings. Hold agents accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals. Coach agents on CRM usage, pipeline management, and follow-up strategies. Create onboarding and continuous learning programs for new agents. Identify performance gaps and develop improvement plans. Conduct role-playing exercises to strengthen sales conversations. Collaborate with leadership to improve sales processes and team performance. Stay current on real estate market trends and sales best practices.
