[If you're interested, please read the *full* description below.] Who We Are We are a small, focused real estate acquisition company. We don't do volume or wholesaling. We specialize in a very specific type​s of opportunities where there are title complications, heir situations, etc.. These deals require research​ to find the problem, then targeted outreach to all parties involved. Not mass outreach. ​We're three people:​ one researcher, this role and myself. ​Often we'll work in a live, virtual office via a meeting link so we can collaborate in real time while working independently​ so you'll need to be ok with that. ​Upside is shared when deals are closed​. The Role I handle all outbound calls personally. ​The responsibility of this role is to take all admin tasks and organize and make things as efficient as possible. ​The output is that I'm able to focus solely on picking up the phone and calling prospects, nothing else. That means taking​ the ​prospects that our researcher​ finds, skip​tracing them,​ and making sure notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel​) are clean and​ very organized. ​I'd also like someone who's able/comfortable to set up basic automations in GHL and can lead manage via SMS for longer-term nurture check-ins with prospects. Commitment to start is about 3-4 hours a day, 5 days a week, to start with, with the opportunity to go full-time for the right person over time. If you need volume to fill your schedule, this isn't the right fit. Please be upfront about this and save us both time. What You'll Do Receive qualified leads from our researcher once they pass our threshold Run bulk skip tracing via SmartSkip (primary) and IDICore (secondary) Organize contact data in GoHighLevel — clean, tagged, and ready for outreach Help build drip and nurture automations in GHL that maintain my voice and tone — not generic blasts Keep the CRM current: statuses, notes, flags Be​ available for shared Zoom virtual office during working hours What We're Looking For Detail-oriented, this is non-negotiable Honest about what you know and what you don't Experience with skip tracing tools (SmartSkip, IDICore, or similar) Comfortable in GoHighLevel​, automation experience is a plus Available EST hours​, tell us your window Solo freelancer only​, no agencies, no teams behind the scenes Compensation Hourly rate for the part-time work, plus a commission on closed deals. The deal commission is meaningful — this business buys at $0.20–$0.30 on the dollar and the margins reflect that. ​Reach out if you're interested.
