Summary

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Underwriter to run comps on MLS for distressed properties — including houses, vacant lots, and commercial properties. Requirements: • Must know how to underwrite using MLS • Must have great working VPN and internet — at your own cost • Must know how to run distressed property comps on MLS for houses and land • Must have camera on computer/laptop — required to be ON while working This is a part-time remote role paid hourly. Experience with ARV, MAO, BPO, and wholesale/fix-and-flip deals is a strong plus.
