Real Estate Video Editor — Property Reels & Walkthroughs (30 sec–1.5 min), $50/Video

We're a small, close-knit real estate team based in South Florida looking for a skilled video editor to handle our property reels and walkthroughs (30 seconds to 1.5 minutes each). Our team includes a film/CTO lead who captures footage, and two agents — a mother and daughter — who appear in the videos, with the daughter serving as your main point of contact. Volume varies month to month depending on how many properties we're actively filming, so this isn't a guaranteed steady stream of work — but it is ongoing, and we're looking to build a real working relationship with the right editor over time rather than treat this as a one-off gig. What you'll be editing: Property reels and walkthrough videos, using raw footage we provide via a shared drive (Google Drive/Dropbox) for each listing. Style is clean, modern, fast-paced cuts suited for social media and listing pages — we'll share examples once we connect. What we're looking for: Proven experience editing real estate or property content (please share portfolio links — real estate samples specifically, not just general editing work) Strong sense of pacing, color, music/sound sync, and captions/text overlays Comfortable working from a shared drive with minimal day-to-day direction once onboarded Able to take detailed, specific revision feedback and apply it consistently — our point of contact gives thorough notes and expects them to stick for future videos Reliable, predictable turnaround time Rate & terms: $50 per video (up to 90 seconds), including up to 2 rounds of revisions. We'll start with a small paid trial (3-5 videos) before discussing an ongoing arrangement.
