Summary

Looking for a web developer experienced with Realtor IDX websites. I need a website where users can search MLS listings, view up to 5 properties, and then be prompted to register before continuing. Leads should be routed to my email and integrated with Follow Up Boss. Bonus points for experience with IDX Broker, WordPress, MLS integrations, mortgage calculators, and Follow Up Boss API integrations. The site should be mobile-friendly, fast, and optimized for lead generation.
