Summary

We're a growing real estate wholesaling company looking for ONE full-time (40 hrs/week) rockstar to wear three hats: Lead Manager, Disposition Manager, and Transaction Coordinator. You'll own our pipeline end to end — from raw lead to closed deal. Hat 1: Lead Manager You'll keep our pipeline organized and moving — the bridge between our cold calling platforms and our acquisition managers. Move seller leads from our cold calling platforms (ReadyMode) into our seller CRM (REsimpli) accurately and promptly Move leads through the correct sales pipeline stages as they progress Set up and manage drip campaigns for follow-up (Mailchimp, CRM sequences) Update notes on every lead so records are always current and complete Assist acquisition managers with follow-ups on active leads Note: our acquisition managers prequalify warm leads and set appointments — your job is to keep the pipeline clean and feed them organized, up-to-date leads Hat 2: Disposition Manager You'll get our contracts sold by connecting deals with cash buyers. Build and maintain our cash buyer list in our buyer CRM (Follow Up Boss) Blast deals to buyers via email, SMS, and buyer platforms Field buyer calls, answer property questions, and negotiate assignment fees Coordinate property access, showings, and walkthroughs Track buyer criteria so we can match deals faster Hat 3: Transaction Coordinator You'll take deals from contract to close without dropping a single ball. Open escrow and send contracts to the title company Track every deadline: EMD, inspection periods, closing dates Communicate daily with title, sellers, buyers, and our team on file status Chase down documents, signatures, payoffs, and clear-to-close items Maintain a transaction tracker so we always know where every deal stands Requirements Fluent spoken and written English Experience in US real estate wholesaling or real estate investing (required) Experience with our stack strongly preferred: REsimpli, Follow Up Boss, Mailchimp, DealMachine, PropertyRadar, ReadyMode, Claude (AI) Available full-time (40 hrs/week) during US business hours Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a quality headset Self-starter who follows up relentlessly and documents everything Highly organized multitasker — you'll juggle all three functions daily and can't let anything slip Nice to Have Cold calling or phone sales background Familiarity with assignment contracts, title/escrow process, and EMD handling Experience texting/emailing at scale (compliance-aware) How to Apply Start your proposal with the word "PIPELINE" so we know you read this Tell us about your experience in each of the three areas (lead management, dispositions, transaction coordination) List which of our tools you've used and for how long Include a 1–2 minute voice or video intro (required) Share your availability and time zone We're hiring ASAP.
