🏡 HIRING: Real Estate ISA (Inside Sales Agent) | Remote | Connecticut Market We’re building a serious listing pipeline and need a hungry, disciplined cold caller to help fill the calendar with quality appointments. Your one job: Call leads, qualify motivation through real conversation, and get sellers to invite our agent over. That’s it. The agent handles every appointment and closes every deal. 📋 WHAT YOU’LL BE CALLING: 🔹 Expired Listings — Frustrated sellers whose homes didn’t sell. High motivation, short window. Must call within 24–48 hours. 🔹 FSBOs — Homeowners trying to sell without an agent. No pitching — just questions that surface why they really need help. 🔹 FRBOs — Landlords with vacant rentals. You offer tenant-finding value to get in the door, then assess selling motivation. 🔹 Absentee Owners — Out-of-state or non-occupant property owners. Often highly motivated, just waiting for the right conversation. WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE: ✅ 80–100 outbound dials per day ✅ 15–25 live conversations daily ✅ 5–10 confirmed appointments per week ✅ 100% CRM logging — every call, every outcome ✅ Daily EOD pipeline report to the agent ✅ Consistent follow-up on every warm lead ✅ HubStaff time tracking — required, no exceptions Prime calling hours: 8 AM–12 PM and 4–7 PM Eastern 💰 COMPENSATION: • Hourly base (negotiable based on experience) • $10–$25 bonus per confirmed appointment set • $50–$150 bonus per deal closed from your appointment • Performance bonuses for exceeding monthly KPIs ✅ REQUIREMENTS — NON-NEGOTIABLE: • Fluent English with a strong, clear phone voice • Proven outbound cold calling background (real estate ISA experience preferred) • CRM experience — Follow Up Boss, HubSpot, or similar • Reliable internet + quiet, professional call environment • Proper dialer setup (no cell phone calls) • HubStaff compliance from day one • Availability during Eastern prime calling hours • Thick skin — rejection is daily and it cannot slow you down ⭐ PREFERRED: • Real estate ISA experience (expired, FSBO, FRBO, or absentee lists) • Familiar with consultative/Mulrenin-style cold call frameworks • Experience with MOJO, Vulcan7, or similar dialers 📩 HOW TO APPLY: Your application must include ALL of the following or it will not be reviewed: 1. Loom video (2–3 min) — Introduce yourself and do a live role-play: you’re calling an expired listing homeowner. Show us your opener, your questions, and how you handle a basic objection. Your availability (Eastern Time) and expected hourly rate. 4. Answer this in one sentence: What is the goal of a cold call? No Loom video = no review. We’re not hiring a resume.
