Summary

I am a professional private hard money lender looking for a sharp, assertive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to field incoming appointments and qualify leads. You will be the "front office" for my lending business, filtering out "tire-kickers" and identifying high-value borrowers who meet our specific criteria. Potential borrowers will set appointment time and then you will call them at appointment times within a set daily weekly schedule. I am flexible for work schedule so long as it is consistent and in the Eastern standard time work schedule. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Qualification: Call/message incoming leads to ask the 4 "Big Questions" (I will can go over the info that I would like discovered once hired). • GHL Management: Log all data into GoHighLevel custom fields and Notes and move leads through the pipeline stages. • Professional Follow-up: Send templated SMS and Emails based upon phone responses via GoHighLevel to keep leads engaged. • Calendar Management: Schedule "High-Value" leads onto my calendar and notify me about best leads for final closing calls. Requirements: • Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. • GHL Proficiency: You must know how to navigate GoHighLevel (Conversations, Opportunities, and Notes). • Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with terms like LTV, ARV, and LLC-based business-purpose loans is a major plus but not necessarily required. • Assertiveness: You must be comfortable asking tough financial questions to ensure a lead is qualified before they talk to me. ⚠️ You must answer all 7 questions below to be considered.
