Real estate caller / appointment setter - warm leads

About the Role I’m a real estate agent with a database of 33,000 leads and multiple pre-construction projects launching in the coming weeks in the Greater Toronto Area. I need an experienced appointment setter who can call warm, hand-raised leads — people who have already registered interest — and book them for a consultation with me. This is not cold calling. Every lead has expressed interest. Your job is to get them on the phone, build quick rapport, and lock in a time for them to speak with me. What You’ll Be Doing Calling warm leads from our CRM who have registered for upcoming projects. Confirming interest, answering basic questions about the project, and booking a call or meeting with me. Following up with leads who didn’t answer via call and text. Logging all activity and outcomes in our CRM after each session. You Are a Fit If You Have previous appointment setting experience, ideally in real estate, mortgage, or financial services. Are a confident, natural conversationalist — not a script-reader. Can work during EST business hours, ideally mornings. Have a quiet professional environment and clear spoken English. Are self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision. Compensation Base hourly rate plus bonus per sale. Long term ongoing work for the right person.
