Engagement: Part-time, hourly · Hours: ~8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST window (flexible, part-time load) · Location: Remote About the role We're a shipping and logistics company looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support our inventory receiving team. This is a remote, part-time role focused on keeping our receiving records accurate and up to date. Your main job is to log, create, and receive ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) in our internal platform. You don't need to be the most senior person in the room — but you do need to be organized, careful with details, and able to spot when something doesn't look right. What you'll do Create and process ASNs in our internal platform (we'll train you on the system) Log incoming shipments and receiving data accurately Receive and reconcile shipments against expected quantities Flag discrepancies — short shipments, overages, damaged goods, mismatched POs, or anything that looks off — so the team can resolve them quickly Keep clear, consistent records and communicate updates to the receiving team What we're looking for Strong English — written and verbal; you'll communicate with our team daily Some receiving / warehouse / inventory clerk experience — formal warehouse background is a plus but not required; what matters is comfort with receiving workflows and data entry Critical thinking — you notice when numbers don't add up and raise it rather than just keying it in Reliability and attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed Availability to work within the 8 AM – 5 PM EST window (part-time hours) Comfortable learning a new internal software platform Nice to have Prior experience with ASNs or a WMS (Warehouse Management System) Background in logistics, 3PL, e-commerce fulfillment, or shipping
