I’m looking for a detail-oriented lead generation/data research specialist to build a list of recent homebuyers in Tennessee and find accurate email addresses for them. The goal is to identify people who purchased residential homes in selected Tennessee counties within the last 6 months, then enrich those records with the best available personal email addresses. Core task: Use public property/deed records, county records, real estate transaction data, or other legitimate data sources to find recent residential home purchases in Tennessee. For each record, I need: * Buyer name * Property address * Mailing address, if different * County * Purchase/sale date * Purchase price, if available * Source link or source note showing where the home purchase was found * Best available email address * Email source or enrichment method * Confidence level for the email * Whether the buyer appears to be an individual homeowner, not an LLC/investor Important: I am not looking for someone to send emails, scrape spammy lists, or run outreach. I only need accurate, organized data. I will handle all outreach myself through a compliant email system. Ideal candidate: * Experience with U.S. real estate/property records * Experience finding and verifying consumer email addresses * Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter, BeenVerified, People Data Labs, PropStream, county property records, or similar data/enrichment tools * Strong spreadsheet organization * Accuracy over speed * Ability to cite sources and avoid questionable data First test project: Please quote a pilot batch of 100–250 recent Tennessee homebuyer records from 1–3 counties. Include how you would find the buyers, how you would find/verify emails, expected accuracy, and estimated turnaround time. If the data quality is good, this can become ongoing weekly work.
