Reconciliation Specialist

We are a growing payment processing company seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure that our financial records are accurate and that all incoming and outgoing payments are properly reconciled. This includes reconciling residuals earned, partner payments, and income received, while identifying and resolving any discrepancies. Responsibilities: • Reconcile monthly payment processing residuals and income received • Reconcile partner payments and commissions • Compare reports across multiple online systems and identify discrepancies Requirements: • Extremely strong mathematical and analytical skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Experienced with Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and formulas • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks independently Position: This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the company's workload and needs increase.
