Recreate background from chatGPT mockup in large scale high resolution.

Looking for someone who can recreate the background image ONLY that you see in the second attachment using the original image in first attachment. The mockup was done using chatGPT which does not provide large format and high resolution. I will need the file set at 20ft wide x 8ft in height in high resolution. This is for a large billboard so I need the image to be very good quality. I am looking for two versions. NOTE: the mockup of the frame in the field is just to show client. I am only looking for the image, no sign and/or field. First version. Looking for the same (as close as possible) to the backgound with the water and sunset in the mockup - background only no text or logo - I want it in the same colors and hues as the mockup. Second version. Looking for similar to mockup background but in the same soft colors & hues from the original picture while adding background to the right of the image leaving space so I can add logo and info. Please provide price and turnaround to receive first drafts. Once approved, I will need the raw file (photoshop or Illustrator) with layers so I can adjust as needed.
