Recreate 8 marketing tiles + vectorise logo + favicon and banner assets

I have a set of 8 marketing tiles for a digital product store page, currently built with AI image generation. The concept, layout, and content are already finalised — I need someone to recreate them as clean, professional, pixel-accurate designs (Figma or Canva preferred), matching genuine design-agency quality. I also need our logo properly vectorised and a couple of standalone brand assets created. Part 1 — Recreate 8 marketing tiles • Recreate all 8 tiles exactly as specified in the attached reference image — same layout, same content, same structure • Use our brand colours precisely: navy #1B2A4A, red/maroon #9B1C1C, green #1F6B3A, orange/brown #B36A0C, grey #6B7280, purple #5B2C8C • Clean, consistent typography throughout • Deliver as high-resolution PNG files (2x/retina quality) plus editable source files Part 2 — Logo vectorisation • Attached is our current logo (the "C" mark with red accent, plus "cadaz" wordmark) • Please vectorise this cleanly if it isn't already, and provide navy-on-white, white-on-navy, and full-colour versions • Incorporate the finished logo into Tile 1 and Tile 8 of the marketing set Part 3 — Standalone brand assets • A standalone version of just the "C" icon mark (with the red accent), sized for use as a LinkedIn banner (LinkedIn banner dimensions: 1584 x 396px) — please centre or position the mark attractively within that format, likely with brand-coloured background rather than plain white • A favicon version of the "C" icon mark — simplified if needed to remain legible at very small sizes (32x32px and 16x16px), delivered as .ico and .png What this job does NOT require: • No creative/conceptual changes to the tiles — layout and content are locked • No copywriting — all text is provided exactly as shown • No new logo concept — the logo design itself is final, just needs vectorising and reformatting Reference material: I'll attach the tile reference image and the logo image showing exact content, layout, and colours.
