Recruiter — DTC / Direct Response E-Commerce (Part-Time)

We're hiring a recruiter who lives in the DTC and direct-response world and knows where the talent actually is. **You'll be hiring:** - **Video editors** — short-form native, hooks that hold - **Copywriters** — direct response, angles over adjectives - **Creative strategists** — think in angles and testing frameworks, can read ad data and brief the team **Where:** OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, Fiverr Pro, Contra, and the DTC Slack/Discord/FB communities. You know how to write a listing that pulls A-players and filter the 200 that follow. **Daily:** Source, screen, run test tasks, and own onboarding end to end. **You need:** - Proven recruiting in DTC / direct-response e-commerce - Platform fluency and a live network - Speed and self-management **Comp:** Base retainer plus a **bonus for every key hire** that clears probation.
