Recruiter for GTM Engineer + Marketing Roles

We are a fast-growing B2B lead generation company looking for an independent recruiter to source and screen candidates for us on an ongoing basis. This is not a one-off project. If the first search goes well, we will keep bringing you roles. ABOUT US We run outbound marketing at scale: cold email, SMS, WhatsApp and calling. We sell qualified meetings to financial services partners. We are fully remote and we move fast. THE ROLES Marketing, growth and go-to-market roles, plus a Sales Director search. These are senior full-time positions hiring into the US market, with monthly base salaries starting around $7,000 plus performance upside. You get the full job description and comp detail for each search once we start working together. WHAT MATTERS MOST We do not have a volume problem. Our own outbound already produces more interested candidates than we can process. Our problem is going from roughly 100 interested people down to the 5 genuinely worth interviewing. So we are not hiring you to send us resumes. We are hiring you for screening judgment. A recruiter who sends us 40 candidates has made our problem worse, not better. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU - You have placed senior marketing, growth or sales talent before, ideally in startups - You source actively rather than posting and waiting - You screen hard, so we only see candidates worth our time - You communicate clearly and move fast. We work in 24-48 hour cycles - You are comfortable working directly with the founder and leadership team WHAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR - Recruiting agencies charging a percentage of annual salary with upfront retainers - Generalist recruiters with no exposure to marketing, growth or sales hiring FEE STRUCTURE We are flexible: Option A: a success-based fee equal to one month of the hired candidate's base salary, paid on the candidate reaching 90 days. Option B: an hourly rate for sourcing and screening, plus a reduced success fee. Tell us which you prefer and why. We are open on the details for the right person.
