Recruiting Operations Specialist About the Role We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Specialist who enjoys building systems, optimizing processes, and making recruiting operations run efficiently. In this role, you'll design and improve our recruiting engine—from candidate sourcing through hiring—by streamlining workflows, integrating tools, and implementing automation. Your goal is to build a scalable recruiting system that provides full visibility, reduces manual work, and supports a high-performing hiring team. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize recruiting workflows from sourcing to hire Manage and improve ATS and recruiting systems Integrate and optimize tools such as Recruiterflow, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Calendly, and AI platforms Ensure accurate tracking of candidates and sourcing channels Automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency using tools like Zapier, Make, and APIs Build dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting performance and pipeline health Identify opportunities to leverage AI (GPT, Claude, etc.) to improve recruiting workflows and decision-making Continuously improve recruiting processes and documentation as the team scales Qualifications Experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, talent operations, or process-focused roles Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Experience with workflow automation and systems integration (Zapier, Make, APIs, or similar) Comfortable working with multiple recruiting platforms and technologies Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to build scalable, repeatable processes Interest in applying AI tools to improve operational efficiency Preferred Experience Recruiterflow (ATS/CRM) LinkedIn Recruiter SeekOut Calendly Metaview GPT, Claude, or other AI productivity tools What Success Looks Like Streamlined and standardized recruiting processes Complete visibility into recruiting pipelines, candidate sources, and hiring metrics Increased automation and reduced manual administrative work Scalable recruiting systems that support company growth Improved efficiency and collaboration across the recruiting team
