Role Overview You will work with both recruitment agencies and candidates, helping us build a reliable talent pipeline for European job placements. Key Responsibilities Identify and verify recruitment/manpower agencies in Nepal Build and maintain relationships with approved agencies Communicate with both agencies and candidates Source, screen, and pre-qualify candidates Support candidate tracking and documentation Coordinate between agencies and our international team Requirements Experience in recruitment, HR, or staffing preferred Ability to work with agencies and candidates Good communication and attention to detail English proficiency How to Apply Send your CV with a short note about your experience working with agencies and candidates.
