Reddit Growth & Community Engagement Specialist (Multiple High-Karma Accounts Required)

We are a digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Reddit specialist to help execute ongoing grassroots awareness campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is not traditional social media management. We are looking for someone who understands Reddit culture, community dynamics, subreddit rules, and how to generate authentic engagement without triggering moderation issues. Requirements Access to multiple established Reddit accounts Accounts must be aged, verified, and possess strong karma histories Deep understanding of Reddit etiquette and community guidelines Experience participating in niche communities without appearing promotional Ability to identify relevant subreddits and engagement opportunities Strong written communication skills Ability to document activity and report results What You'll Be Doing Monitoring relevant subreddit conversations Identifying opportunities to naturally participate in discussions Building awareness around brands, products, and services through authentic engagement Creating and managing discussion threads where appropriate Sharing valuable insights, resources, and recommendations that align with campaign objectives Tracking engagement metrics and reporting outcomes Continuously testing approaches and refining strategy based on performance Ideal Candidate You have spent years on Reddit and understand the difference between community participation and advertising. You know how to: Build credibility within communities Navigate moderator expectations Avoid account restrictions and bans Generate genuine engagement Create discussions that feel organic rather than promotional Compensation This is an ongoing engagement. We are initially looking for support on a single campaign. Successful performance may lead to expanded responsibilities across multiple clients represented by our agency.
