Reddit Growth Expert

Hi! We're looking for a Reddit expert to help us grow and optimize our official subreddit for an AI company. We're launching a large global creator competition and want someone who understands Reddit communities, engagement, and organic promotion. Our subreddit: r/Akool_Official We'd like to evolve it into something more polished and community-driven, similar to our competitors (higgsfield, heygen). We're looking for someone who can: Optimize our subreddit (branding, homepage, widgets, navigation, flairs, moderator setup, etc.) Grow an engaged AI creator community Participate in relevant Reddit communities without spamming Help increase awareness of our Creator Clash contest through authentic engagement Develop a Reddit content strategy Recommend best practices for community growth and moderation Help us identify relevant AI, video, creator, filmmaking, and GenAI subreddits Bonus if you: Already own or manage multiple established Reddit accounts with positive karma and posting history Have experience growing brand or startup subreddits Have worked with AI, SaaS, or creator-focused companies Understand Reddit culture and know how to promote products without being promotional When applying, please include: Examples of Reddit communities you've managed or optimized Links to any subreddits you've helped grow Examples of Reddit marketing campaigns you've run Your approach to growing an engaged Reddit community We're looking for someone who can think strategically—not just post content, but help us build one of the leading AI creator communities on Reddit. – Elina
