Reddit Marketing Specialist for Mining, Defense Tech & Investor Clients (Ongoing)

Cornerstone Marketing is a digital marketing and investor relations agency that creates targeted content and promotional campaigns for clients in mining, critical minerals, defense technology, fintech, municipal financing, and related high-growth sectors. We are seeking an experienced Reddit Marketing Professional to assist with the writing, optimization, and posting of client content across relevant subreddits. The right person is a true Reddit expert who understands how to create authentic, value-first content that builds engagement while strictly following subreddit rules and Reddit’s platform guidelines. This is subtle promotion done right — never spammy. Key Responsibilities: • Research and recommend the best subreddits for each client (investing communities, mining/exploration, precious metals, defense stocks, small-cap stocks, fintech, etc.). • Write high-quality, subreddit-compliant posts including weekly recaps, company spotlights, educational threads, and subtle promotional content. • Adapt tone and style to feel native to each community while staying aligned with client messaging and goals. • Schedule and publish posts (manually or with approved tools). • Monitor performance, track engagement/metrics, and provide regular reports with insights and optimization ideas. • Engage thoughtfully with comments when appropriate. • Collaborate with our internal team on content strategy and calendars (coordinated with LinkedIn and other channels). Requirements: • Proven hands-on experience running Reddit campaigns or managing brand accounts on Reddit (portfolio or case studies required — anonymized examples are welcome). • Deep knowledge of Reddit rules, subreddit-specific guidelines, karma/engagement mechanics, shadowban avoidance, and how to build sustainable organic presence. • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write in professional, educational, or conversational tones depending on the subreddit. • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand technical topics (mining projects, defense tech, financial instruments, etc.). Reliable, deadline-oriented, and proactive communicator. • Bonus: Prior experience or strong interest in mining, critical minerals, defense/aerospace tech, precious metals investing, or small-cap stocks.
