# VC Relations Manager (Part-Time) – Venture Capital Network & Portfolio Relations ## About Us We are a venture-backed founder growth platform working alongside high-potential pre-seed and seed-stage startups as they prepare for scale, fundraising, and long-term growth. We work closely with founders across product, GTM, marketing, legal, and fundraising readiness through a structured cohort-based program. We are looking for a highly connected, relationship-driven VC Relations Manager to help expand and strengthen our relationships within the venture capital ecosystem. --- ## Position Overview We are seeking a part-time VC Relations Manager with existing relationships across pre-seed and seed-stage venture capital firms in the United States. This role is heavily relationship-focused and ideal for someone already embedded within the startup and VC ecosystem. Your primary responsibility will be cultivating and maintaining relationships with venture firms and creating warm introductions between their recently funded portfolio companies and our organization. This is not a cold outreach or sales-heavy role. We are specifically looking for someone who already has strong VC network access and understands how early-stage venture relationships work. --- ## Key Responsibilities * Build and maintain relationships with pre-seed and seed-stage VC firms * Create warm introductions to portfolio companies that recently raised pre-seed or seed rounds * Develop ongoing partnerships with venture firms and ecosystem stakeholders * Invite VC firms to participate in quarterly Demo Day events * Coordinate potential Demo Day sponsorship opportunities * Help secure VC participation as guest speakers during the fundraising phase of our cohorts * Maintain organized relationship tracking and follow-up processes * Represent our organization professionally within the startup and venture ecosystem --- ## Ideal Candidate We are specifically looking for someone who: * Already has strong existing relationships with early-stage venture funds * Understands startup fundraising dynamics and venture ecosystems * Has experience working with venture firms, accelerators, founder communities, or startup programs * Is confident communicating with partners, principals, associates, and founders * Is highly proactive, relationship-oriented, and organized * Has strong written and verbal communication skills * Can operate independently with minimal oversight --- ## Preferred Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply: * Venture Capital * Startup Ecosystems * Founder Communities * Accelerators / Incubators * Investor Relations * Startup Partnerships * Business Development within Venture or Tech --- ## Compensation * $25/hour * Performance bonuses available based on partnership development and successful introductions * Part-time: Approximately 10–15 hours per week * Flexible remote schedule --- ## To Apply Please include: 1.
