1. Supplier Research & Sourcing Identify and evaluate reliable coffee sellers/farmers/exporters in 5 countries (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Honduras, Peru — or others as assigned). Conduct due diligence: certifications, pricing, quality, export readiness, shipping terms, reliability. Reach out via phone/email/WhatsApp to verify details, gather samples, and build supplier relationships. Maintain research databases in Excel and prepare comparison summaries. 2. Phone Outreach & Communication Make outbound phone calls to potential wholesale clients, distributors, and event partners. Receive inbound calls from interested customers or partners. Communicate professionally on behalf of Harvest Coffee Company. Provide basic sales support (answering questions, gathering requirements, scheduling meetings). 3. Administrative & Project Support Create PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and sales materials. Manage CRM-style tracking for leads, prospects, and vendor conversations. Support logistics coordination: shipping, customs details, sample tracking, supplier onboarding. 4. Digital Business Setup & Operations Assist in setting up and optimizing online digital businesses, including: Shopify Etsy TikTok Shop Amazon (optional but preferred) Upload products, manage listings, update descriptions, tags, SEO, and basic store visuals. Learn and adapt to new platforms quickly. 5. Light Sales Support Help nurture new wholesale inquiries. Provide follow-up communication with leads. Assist in preparing quotes, pro-forma invoices, and introductory client packets.
