ADVANCEDMD SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR Remote | Long-Term Opportunity Meridian Medical Group is seeking an elite AdvancedMD professional to become the operational backbone of a rapidly growing multi-specialty medical group. This is not an IT help desk role. This is not a data entry role. This is not a generic virtual assistant position. We are looking for a true AdvancedMD expert who understands how medical practices operate and can help us build world-class systems inside AdvancedMD. ABOUT US Meridian Medical Group is a growing physician-led medical group with multiple locations and service lines including: • Primary Care • Behavioral Health • Laboratory Services • Ultrasound & Echocardiography • Sleep Medicine • Allergy Services • Nephrology • Additional specialties currently being added Our mission is to build a modern medical group that delivers an exceptional patient experience while operating with the efficiency and discipline of a high-performance organization. YOUR ROLE You will serve as the organization’s AdvancedMD subject matter expert and technology liaison. You will work directly with leadership to optimize workflows, eliminate operational bottlenecks, improve provider efficiency, and ensure that AdvancedMD supports our growth rather than slows it down. You will own the platform. RESPONSIBILITIES • Configure and maintain AdvancedMD EHR and Practice Management systems • Build and optimize templates, macros, forms, and workflows • Manage provider onboarding and user setup • Configure security roles and permissions • Troubleshoot scheduling, registration, billing, claims, and reporting issues • Design and improve operational workflows • Create custom reports and dashboards • Assist with interfaces and third-party integrations • Coordinate directly with AdvancedMD support when needed • Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend solutions • Serve as the primary escalation point for AdvancedMD-related issues WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate has extensive real-world AdvancedMD experience and understands the operational realities of a growing healthcare organization. You should be able to look at a workflow, identify the bottleneck, and implement a better solution. You should be comfortable working independently and solving problems without constant supervision. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum 3 years of AdvancedMD experience • Experience with both EHR and Practice Management modules • Experience supporting multi-provider medical practices • Strong understanding of healthcare operations • Experience with scheduling workflows, reporting, billing, and user management • Excellent communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Self-directed problem solver PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • AdvancedMD implementation experience • Revenue cycle management experience • Practice administration experience • Multi-location healthcare experience • Interface and integration experience • Healthcare analytics and reporting experience WHEN APPLYING, PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING: 1.
