Summary

This is a pure closing role. You're not cold-dialling all day, and you're not chasing dead leads. Our team books qualified discovery calls and warm opportunities, and your job is to run the sales call, build the case, handle objections, and close the deal. You'll own the back half of our pipeline and be measured on one thing: revenue closed. If you live for the close, can hold a room, and get energized by hitting (and beating) a number, this is for you. What You'll Do - Run scheduled sales calls with pre-qualified prospects and close new client deals Own your pipeline from pitch to signed agreement — follow-ups, proposals, and contract discussions Diagnose prospect needs and clearly connect them to the right IXM service offering Handle objections with confidence and move deals across the line Hit and exceed monthly revenue targets Keep CRM notes clean and accurate, and report on pipeline and close rates Collaborate with our deal and delivery teams to set clients up for a smooth handoff What We're Looking For - 2+ years of closing experience in sales (agency, marketing, B2B services, or high-ticket sales preferred) A proven track record of hitting and beating quota — and you can speak to your numbers Strong consultative selling skills; you ask sharp questions and listen Comfortable running calls over Zoom and presenting proposals Excellent communication, follow-through, and self-management Hungry, coachable, and competitive — you want to win Familiarity with marketing, paid media, or creative services is a big plus Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Close, Pipedrive, or similar) What You'll Get - Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Warm, qualified leads — no grinding through cold lists Clear comp structure with real upside for top performers A fast-moving team where your wins are seen and rewarded Room to grow as the agency scales
