Remote Cold Caller Commercial Real Estate Outreach **Overview** We are a commercial real estate investment and development firm looking for a motivated, high-volume cold caller to join our team on a remote, part-time or full-time basis. You will be working directly with our proprietary CRM system to call property owners from a database we provide, verify contact information, and log call outcomes in real time. **What You'll Be Doing** - Making 200–400 outbound calls per week to property owners using a contact list we provide - Verifying the correct contact person for each property (owner, decision maker) - Collecting and logging accurate contact information: name, phone number, email, best time to call - Recording a brief summary of each conversation in our CRM - Flagging any motivated sellers or warm leads for immediate follow-up by our team - Following a simple script we provide (this is outreach and verification, not closing) **What We're Looking For** - Fluent, clear English speaker (neutral or American accent strongly preferred) - Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales - Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily without burnout - Detail-oriented, accurate data entry is critical - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment - Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (we will train on ours) **What We Provide** - Full contact database with property addresses and phone numbers - Call script and objection handling guide - Clear KPIs and weekly feedback **To Apply** Please include a short voice recording (30–60 seconds) introducing yourself and telling us about your cold calling experience.
