By combining evidence-based academic coaching methodologies with the scalability of online learning, you will help students master self-regulated learning, navigate college admissions, and achieve long-term career readiness. Operating on the state-of-the-art Kajabi platform, we provide students with a hybrid ecosystem of self-paced video courses, interactive community spaces, and elite live coaching. We believe that modern academic advising must transcend traditional, passive course-registration models. Instead, we implement proactive, holistic coaching frameworks that empower students to take ownership of their educational journeys. Key Responsibilities 1. High-Impact Individual & Group Coaching Holistic Academic Advising: Conduct one-on-one remote coaching sessions focusing on goal setting, time management, study strategies, and curriculum planning, utilizing established developmental advising frameworks.[1] Group Facilitation: Lead dynamic group coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars designed to foster peer-to-peer learning, accountability, and community engagement within our Kajabi platform. Proactive Intervention: Monitor student progress metrics and employ intrusive (proactive) advising strategies to support students experiencing academic or motivational hurdles.[2] 2. Course Integration & Promotion ("Pushing" Video Courses) Curriculum Alignment: Actively assess student needs during coaching sessions and strategically prescribe specific modules from our CollegeGame2030.com Kajabi video courses to address their skill gaps. Flipped-Classroom Coaching: Utilize a "flipped advising" model where students watch pre-recorded video course content independently, and live coaching sessions are dedicated to application, synthesis, and deep-dive discussions. Engagement & Retention: Drive student completion rates of our digital courses by setting milestones, sending progress nudges, and integrating course concepts directly into coaching conversations. 3. Platform & Community Management Kajabi Ecosystem Navigation: Manage student profiles, track course progress, and interact with students within the Kajabi community forums and discussion boards. Resource Curation: Guide students to supplementary digital resources, worksheets, and tools housed within our online portal. Required Qualifications & Experience Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Counseling, Educational Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred.[1] Advising/Coaching Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience working as an academic advisor, success coach, college counselor, or educational consultant in a high school or higher education setting. Digital Platform Literacy: Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital course platforms. Direct experience with Kajabi is a massive plus. Pedagogical Knowledge: Strong understanding of student development theories (e.g., Chickering’s vectors of identity development), cognitive learning strategies, and self-regulated learning models. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to project warmth, authority, and enthusiasm over Zoom/video conferencing. Sales/Promotion Mindset: Comfortable acting as a brand ambassador who can naturally articulate the value of our video courses and motivate students to actively engage with our paid digital products. Preferred Skills & Certifications Experience working with diverse student populations, including first-generation college students, student-athletes, or high-achieving academic competitors. Familiarity with online community-building strategies to keep remote students engaged. Professional coaching credentials (e.g., Board Certified Coach, ICF certification, or specialized academic coaching training). Job Details & Compensation Location: 100% Remote (US-based or compatible time zones preferred).
